Richland Area Arts Council: 

The Richland Area Arts Council (RAAC) was established in 1977. It’s goal is to promote development, practice and appreciation of all the arts and crafts in the Richland County area. Membership in RAAC promotes various cultural experiences within our community, provides space for art exhibits and coordinates workshops and events that benefit the entire community.
